“This is a small e-mail just to say thank you for a brilliant services we have had off your team from the first time Richard came to give us a quote, he wasn't the dearest or the cheapest quote but was the only one who tested our water pressure to get the right boiler. The installation was very good and the lads were very cheerful and kept us laughing all day good job as well as it was a very cold day.
Over the past years when we have had the heating care you have visited to service the boiler on the day and time you have said so we are not waiting around all day.
This past week im sorry to say we have had to call you out 3 times for a problem to our radiators from the minute i phoned you i have had a brilliant service from the nice lady on the phone down to the plumber coming out twice then poor Richard on saturday ( sorry ).
We have recommended you to quite a few people and will always do because of the service you give from day 1.”

" We have had a central heating system maintenance agreement with CHC since 2007 when we moved into our present home. CHC installed a new boiler and made a number of modifications to the heating system. They also carried out other plumbing work. Since the installation work the heating system has worked without any problems and the other plumbing work has operated successfully. The system is checked annually, the boiler serviced and safety checks carried out.
The whole maintenance arrangement works very satisfactorily."
