About Central Heating Care
Central Heating Care Limited will take care of all your heating system problems. We will provide you with an annual inspection of your boiler and heating system to ensure that it is up to standard.
We will repair or replace parts of the system should there be a fault at any time during your cover period.
All work is carried out by qualified engineers, many of whom are ex-British Gas workers.
All repair work carried out is covered under your policy, this includes total cost of parts, labour, call-out charges and VAT. You won’t even have to worry about paying the bill and then claiming it back.
There is also a 24-hour helpline and emergency repair service on hand to offer any advice that you may need whilst under this cover. (Maximum of two calls to this line per year only).
We will even replace your existing boiler if it becomes uneconomical to repair, provided it is less than 7 years old. If it is more than 7 years old we will offer you a replacement system at a discounted price.
A full inspection of your boiler and heating system will be carried out prior to you joining this scheme to ensure it is of suitable standard for the service.
