Direct Debit:
In respect of Option A or Option B the Customer shall pay the Price to the Company by Standing order on a date specified by the Company. The Customer shall complete and sign a Standing Order mandate on completion of the agreement.
Description of Service:

Service
The service is for a single wet gas, central-heating system and comprises:

.A yearly inspection of the boiler and central heating system. We will try to carry out the yearly inspection at the same time each year wherever possible, depending on our existing workload.

.Labour and parts if your boiler and central heating system breaks down.

.If we decide that it would not be economical to repair your boiler and central heating system we will provide a central heating care limited approved boiler, providing that your boiler is less than 7 years old at the time of the problem or fault.

.Emergency call out help line and emergency repair service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, consisting where possible a 24 hour response time.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The terms and conditions contain limatations on the Company's liability to the Customer and your special attention is drawn to Clause 10.
Staus of this Agreement:
The issue of this form of Agreement is an offer to enter into the Agreement and your agree that it is making a legal offer to enter into this Agreement., to accept and pay for the Service on the subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
Acceptance occurs and this Agreement will come into force only when the Agreement has been countersigned by a person authorise to do so by the Company.
       
The Parties have entered into this Agreement on the Agreement date stated above.
